Summit Family Medicine

Congratulations to Summit Family Medicine! They took top honors in this year’s Colorado Clinical Guidelines Collaboration (CCGC) or Health Team Works learning collaboration. Summit Family Medicine won the Golden Galaxy Award for the best clinic, (out of over 150 participating clinics) from across the state. Additionally, Summit was one of four clinics awarded for their continuing commitment to working as a Patient Centered Medical Home.

Over 400 people attended the October Health Team Works Learning Collaboration Conference in Denver, where Summit Family Medicine received these much deserved honors. Congratulations to Summit Family Medicine staff and physicians, Dr. Archie Villavert, Dr. Ashu Rangole and Dr. Howard Corren.
